Sponsor

1. Riverano Ltd. is the sole sponsor of the Sweep Coins Game Play ("Sponsor", "Promoter", "Company", "we", "us" or "our").
2. APPLE AND GOOGLE ARE NOT SPONSORS OF, RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, OR INVOLVED WITH THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY IN ANY MANNER.

Introduction

1. You agree to comply and be bound at all times with the Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Use.
2. With respect to terms which are defined in the Terms of Use and are used in the Sweepstakes Rules, such defined terms shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use, unless otherwise defined in the Sweepstakes Rules.
3. PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY IS YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE SWEEPSTAKE RULES, THE TERMS OF USE AND THE SPONSOR’S DECISIONS, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DECISIONS RELATED TO THE SWEEP COINS, YOUR RECEIPT OF THE SWEEP COINS, REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS ELIGIBILITY, WINNERS, THE REDEMPTION OF SWEEP PRIZES AND YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH THE SWEEPSTAKE RULES AND THE TERMS OF USE.
4. We may at any time add, modify, remove, discontinue or suspend the Sweep Coins Game Play or any part thereof with immediate effect and without notice to you. In no event will we be liable to you for any loss, damage or liability suffered by you which results from any addition, modification, removal or suspension of the Sweep Coins Game Play or any part thereof and for the avoidance of doubt you will have no claims with respect to such. In such an event, we reserve the right to immediately suspend all drawings and awards of Sweep Prizes and granting of Sweep Prizes, and we reserve the right to award any remaining Sweep Prizes in a manner deemed fair and equitable by us.

Eligibility

1. You hereby represent and warrant that you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in these Sweepstakes Rules and to abide by and comply with these Sweepstakes Rules and the Terms of Use.
2. In order to participate in the Sweep Coins Game Play you must comply with the eligibility requirements of Section 3 of the Terms of Use. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements of Section 3 of the Terms of Use, then you are not permitted to play on the Sweep Coins Game Play.
3. The Sweep Coins Game Play is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether the Sweep Coins Game Play is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction where you are located.

Playing Sweep Coins Game Play

1. To participate in Sweep Coins Game Play, you must have an Account (which is not an Inactive Account).
2. You may register an Account through the Platform and registration of an Account is free and no purchase is required.
3. When you play in Sweep Coins Game Play, you may use Sweep Coins for the chance to win Redeemable Sweep Coins, which will be redeemable according to the Terms of Use and these Sweepstakes Rules.

Granting of Sweep Coins

1. Following your registration of an Account (which is free of charge to create) and subject to your Account not being an Inactive Account, at our discretion, you may receive Sweep Coins for free in the following ways:
   1. As a Bonus for registering of an Account: You may receive Sweep Coins when registering an Account for the first time.
   2. As a Bonus for purchasing Gold Coins: You may receive Sweep Coins when you purchase specifically marked packages of Gold Coins. The exact number of Sweep Coins which you will receive as a bonus for each qualifying promotional Gold Coins package purchase will be stated in the Coin Store.
   3. As a Periodic Bonus: You may receive Sweep Coins through the periodic bonuses which we offer ("Periodic Bonus"). With respect to each Periodic Bonus, you can only claim this once.
   4. When entering no-cost giveaway contests on the Company's social media pages: The Sponsor may hold "Sweep Coins no-cost giveaway contests" on the Company's social media pages, which you can enter by following the instructions provided in the contest. These giveaways may require the sharing, liking, commenting or other interaction with a specific social media post or answering various game related questions to be eligible for entry. The amount of Sweep Coins given away in such contests will be stated on the applicable "Sweep Coins no-cost contest" post and will be added to each contest winner's Account after the conclusion of the contest. These contests may be subject to additional restrictions and rules as referenced in the contest materials at the time of the contest as well as the Terms of Use and the Sweepstakes Rules in effect at the time.
   5. By sending a handwritten request by post as follows ("Written Request"): To request Sweep Coins by post you must send a post card, which must be 4" x 6" unfolded ("AMOE Request Card"), handwritten (the handwriting must not be typed or generated) in BLUE or BLACK INK and placed inside a stamped envelope addressed in handwriting, to the following address:

      and fulfilling all the requirements set out below.
      
      You must also comply with Sections 5.1.5.1
   1. On the AMOE Request Card which is inserted inside the envelope handwrite (the handwriting must not be typed or generated) in BLUE OR BLACK INK all of the following:
      (i) your full name as shown on your Account;
      (ii) your Account username;
      (iii) the e-mail address registered with your Account;
      (iv) the return/residential address registered to your Account;
      (v) your unique, one time, Alternative Method of Entry Request Code, which you can receive by clicking on the link HERE(available when logged in). The AMOE Request Code is a unique combination of 9 digits and which is provided in the following format: XXXXXXXXX (please note that when you see an "0" it is the number and not the letter "O") and you must handwrite this code on the AMOE Request Card. Any other format will be invalid. Each new AMOE Request Code will be generated within a period time from the last one.
      (vi) the date that the AMOE Request Card is sent by you to us; and
      (vii) the following statement:
      
      "I wish to receive Sweep Coins to participate in the Sweep Coins Game Play offered by SweepSpot.com. My unique AMOE Request Code XXXXXXXXX. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Riverano Ltd's Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules".
2. The purpose of the AMOE Request Code is to aid us with processing AMOE Request Card. Each: (i) AMOE Request Card; and (ii) AMOE Request Code, MAY ONLY BE USED ONCE and may only be used by the person who possesses an Account.
   
   If you are suspected by us to have either directly or indirectly provided or received an AMOE Request Code to or from (as applicable) another end user of the Services or any other person, we may, at our discretion, disqualify you from Sweep Coins Game Play or suspend or terminate your Account.
   
   For further information on the Written Request, AMOE Request Card and AMOE Request Code, please see Sections 5.3 and 5.4 below.
3. With respect to the Written Request, the AMOE Request Card and AMOE Request Code:
   1. 1. IF YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED US WITH YOUR FULL NAME (AS SHOWN ON YOUR GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION), ADDRESS WHERE YOU RESIDE AND DATE OF BIRTH OR YOU HAVE FAILED OUR VERIFICATION CHECKS, YOU SHALL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE AMOE REQUEST CODE. IF YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED US WITH YOUR FULL NAME (AS SHOWN ON YOUR GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION), ADDRESS WHERE YOU RESIDE AND DATE OF BIRTH YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH SUCH MISSING DETAILS THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT PRIOR TO YOU ACCESSING THE AMOE REQUEST CODE.
      2. PLEASE NOTE: WE MAY AT ANY TIME AMEND THE PROCEDURES AND RULES RELATING TO THE WRITTEN REQUEST, AMOE REQUEST CARD AND AMOE REQUEST CODE DETAILED IN SECTION 5.1.5 ABOVE, AND WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF THIS BY AMENDING THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES.
      3. THERE IS A LIMIT OF ONE: (i) AMOE REQUEST CARD PER OUTER ENVELOPE; AND (II) AMOE REQUEST CODE PER AMOE REQUEST CARD.
      4. IF A DEVICE IS USED TO GENERATE AN AMOE REQUEST CODE FOR A PERSON WITH AN ACCOUNT, SUCH DEVICE MUST THEN NOT BE USED TO GENERATE AMOE REQUEST CODES FOR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ACCOUNT. BY WAY OF EXAMPLE ONLY, IF YOU ARE THE FIRST PERSON TO GENERATE AN AMOE REQUEST CODE FROM A TABLET NO OTHER PERSON OR ACCOUNT MUST USE SUCH TABLET TO GENERATE ANY AMOE REQUEST CODES.
      5. YOU MUST NOT SEND TWO OR MORE AMOE REQUEST CARDS IN A SINGLE PACKAGE OR PARCEL (WHICH INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION SENDING TWO OR MORE AMOE REQUEST CARDS IN A SINGLE ENVELOPE), OR MULTIPLE ENVELOPES IN A SINGLE PACKAGE OR PARCEL. WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ONE AMOE REQUEST CARD PER ENVELOPE.
      6. YOU MAY ONLY USE THE AMOE REQUEST CODE IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH US AT THE TIME YOU GENERATE THE AMOE REQUEST CODE.
      7. IF YOUR HANDWRITING IS NOT LEGIBLE, THE AMOE REQUEST CARD WILL BE VOID AND THE SWEEP COINS WILL NOT BE GRANTED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THE LEGIBILITY OF YOUR HANDWRITING WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE SPONSOR AT ITS DISCRETION.
      8. THE REQUEST MUST ONLY BE MADE BY YOU AND MUST BE POSTED FROM THE SAME POSTAL DISTRICT AS YOUR VERIFIED RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS.
      9. Written Requests may only be made by you. Written Requests made by any other individual, organization, programme, or entity (including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification, automation or entering services) or posted from a postal district different to your verified residential address will be declared invalid and Sweep Coins will not be granted to your Account.
      10. Use of any automated or other systems to acquire Sweep Coins or participate in Sweep Coins Game Play is prohibited and will result in your request being declared invalid and Sweep Coins will not be added to your Account.
      11. Tampering with the request process or the operation of the Sweep Coins Game Play in any manner, including but not limited to the use of any device or software to automate the request process or to assist you with meeting the handwriting requirement, is prohibited and will result in your request being declared invalid and Sweep Coins will not be granted to your Account.
      12. You must not electronically copy or duplicate any AMOE Request Card.
      13. A Written Request, AMOE Request Card, AMOE Request Code or envelope which does not comply with Sections 5.1.5 and 5.2 and this Section 5.3. will not be acknowledged or returned to the sender.
      14. Information and updates regarding the status of pending AMOE Request Cards will not be available until the review, approval, and crediting of AMOE Request Cards is complete.
      15. Disqualified AMOE Request Cards will not be reconsidered, all of the Sponsor's decisions related to the AMOE Request Card approval are final and no reconsiderations will be allowed.
      16. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected AMOE Request Cards.
      17. AMOE REQUEST CODES ARE VALID FOR 45 DAYS AFTER THEY ARE GENERATED.
      18. All AMOE Request Cards become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
4. Subject to your compliance with Sections 5.1.5, 5.2 and 5.3, for each AMOE Request Card which you submit you will receive a set number of Sweep Coins. Currently, the Sponsor grants 2 Sweep Coins for each AMOE Request Card accepted by us, but this is subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion.
   
   In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted a AMOE Request Card or whether a request satisfies the requirements set out above cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected request will be deemed ineligible.
   
   In addition, in the event of a dispute as to any registration of an Account, the authorized Account holder of the email address used to register such Account will be deemed to be the individual making the request. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

Taxes

1. All payments made by you and the redemption of any Redeemable Sweep Coins for Sweep Prizes are exclusive of all Taxes, which you solely shall be responsible to pay.
2. With respect to any payments made by us, and the redemption of any Redeemable Sweep Coins for Sweep Prizes provided by us, such shall be inclusive of all Taxes which you solely shall be responsible to pay.
3. In addition, we reserve the right to charge you any applicable Taxes or charge a fee to offset any applicable Taxes.
4. In the event that under applicable law, we are required to deduct and withhold any amount from Sweep Prizes and to pay over to the relevant tax authorities, any amount on account of Taxes, any such amount deducted and withheld by the Company shall be deemed paid to you for all purposes hereunder.
5. Prior to your redemption in aggregate of 600 United States Dollars or more in Redeemable Sweep Coins over one calendar year (the "Threshold") we reserve the right to place your ability to redeem Redeemable Sweep Coins on hold, to complete a 1099-MISC Form with respect to your redemptions to our satisfaction prior to reinstating your ability to redeem Redeemable Sweep Coins. We will request that you provide us by email to [email protected], the last four digits of your social security number and we may further request that you provide to us your full social security number as well as any other information, so we are able to complete the 1099-MISC Form to our satisfaction. We further reserve the right to send you the 1099-MISC Form to you by email which you must return to us fully and accurately completed to [email protected].
   
   Without detracting from the paragraph above, we may request that you complete any other form or documentation which relate to your redemption of Redeemable Sweep Coins which have met the Threshold to our satisfaction.
   
   The information, forms and documentation which you provide may be shared with the appropriate tax authorities and our service providers.
   
   You are solely responsible for filing and paying applicable state and federal taxes, duties, levies or fees on any Sweep Prizes and Redeemable Sweep Coins.
   
   Nothing in this Section 6.5, shall take away from our rights to conduct verification checks on you as detailed in Section 6 (Verification) in the TERMS OF USE nor to terminate or suspend your Account.

Sweep Coins and Redeemable Sweep Coins

1. Sweep Coins and Redeemable Sweep Coins have no monetary value. Sweep Coins cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed for Sweep Prizes. Redeemable Sweep Coins cannot be withdrawn or transferred but they may be redeemed for Sweep Prizes.
2. Sweep Coins can be used to play Sweep Coins Game Play for a chance to obtain Redeemable Sweep Coins.
3. We may at any time remove, expire, limit, change, manage, regulate, control, modify or eliminate the Sweep Coins or Redeemable Sweep Coins, whether generally or specifically to you, in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations and we shall have no liability to you with respect to the exercise of such rights.
4. You agree that you shall not transfer, attempt to transfer, assign, attempt to assign, sub-license, attempt to sublicense, sell, attempt to sell, give, attempt to give, trade or attempt to trade, Sweep Coins and Redeemable Sweep Coins. Any attempt by you to do any of the foregoing is prohibited and is void.
5. Upon selecting Sweep Coins to be used on Sweep Coins Game Play and our acceptance of this, you cannot cancel the use of such Sweep Coins.

Granting of Sweep Prizes

Limits
1. The minimum amount of cash which can be redeemed by using Redeemable Sweep Coins is 100 United States Dollars, which may be amended by us at any time and without notice to you.
2. We reserve the right at our discretion, to limit the amount of Redeemable Sweep Coins which you redeem, per day or to any other amount which is required by applicable law, regulation or our service providers as notified to you via the Services or as detailed in Section 8.3 below.
3. In order to comply with applicable regulation in the State of Florida, if you have registered an Account and specified that you are located in the State of Florida, a cap of 5,000 United States Dollars will apply to any Redeemable Sweep Coins which you can win on any one spin, play or equivalent. Additionally, if for any reason, such a limit was not placed on a specific spin then a limit of 5,000 United States Dollars will be placed on your maximum redemption of Redeemable Sweep Coins in any 24 hour period.
Redemption of Redeemable Sweep Coins for Sweep Prizes
4. Sweep Prizes are not granted until redeemed with Redeemable Sweep Coins.
5. Only Redeemable Sweep Coins will offer the opportunity to redeem for Sweep Prizes.
6. Upon redeeming the Redeemable Sweep Coins to obtain a Sweep Prize and our acceptance of this, you cannot cancel the use of such Redeemable Sweep Coins.
7. Redemption for Cash: If you redeem any Redeemable Sweep Coins for cash, subject to the Terms, we will pay such amount in USD to the Payment Method. If for any reason we cannot pay cash to the Payment Method we may choose to pay you via the Alternative Payment Method, which we at our discretion may select. Payments in excess of 5,000 USD may require a longer processing period in order to complete any necessary bank, security and fraud clearance processes. Due to this, such payments may not always be processed in one lump sum.
8. With respect to Redeemable Sweep Coins redeemed by you for cash, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the details of the Payment Method or Alternative Payment Method (as applicable) is correct and up to date. If the redeemed cash does not reach you, as the details are not correct and up to date, we shall not be liable to reverse or re-issue the cash.
9. No substitution, assignment or transfer of any Sweep Prizes is permitted, except by us. We reserve the right at our discretion to substitute any of the Sweep Prizes with another Sweep Prize of greater or equal value.
10. We shall have no liability to you with respect to your use of Sweep Prizes.
11. IF YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED A SWEEP PRIZE THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU, THE VALUE OF THE MISTAKENLY GRANTED PRIZE WILL (WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO OTHER REMEDIES AND ACTIONS THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE AT LAW) CONSTITUTE A DEBT OWED BY YOU TO US. IN THE EVENT OF AN INCORRECT CREDITING, YOU ARE OBLIGED TO NOTIFY US BY EMAIL TO: [email protected] . WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DEDUCT FROM YOUR ACCOUNT OR OTHERWISE CHARGE OR ADJUST YOUR ACCOUNT TO CORRECT ERRORS.

Fees
12. We reserve the right to charge you processing fees with respect to the redemption of any Redeemable Sweep Coins or Sweep Prizes.

Verification and Confirmation

1. POTENTIAL WINNERS OF REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS ON SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER IT MAY CHOOSE WHICH INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION THE VERIFICATION CHECKS STATED IN SECTION 6 OF THE TERMS OF USE.
2. YOU ARE NOT A WINNER OF ANY OF REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS ON SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, EVEN IF THE SERVICES INDICATE YOU ARE, UNLESS AND UNTIL YOUR ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY US TO OUR SATISFACTION AND WE HAVE ESTABLISHED THAT YOU HAVE FULLY COMPLIED WITH THESE SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND THE TERMS OF USE AND YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
3. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PURPORTED EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS.
4. IF YOU ARE GRANTED REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS ON SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED BY US TO RETURN VIA THE PLATFORM YOUR GOVERNMENTAL ISSUED IDENTIFICATION, YOU MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO SEND VIA EMAIL OR VIA THE US POSTAL SYSTEM AN AFFIDAVIT/DECLERATION OF ELIGIBILITY AS PROVIDED BY US, A PUBLICITY/LIABILITY AGREEMENT/RELEASE AS PROVIDED BY US AND APPROPRIATE TAX FORMS, BY A DEADLINE SPECIFIED BY US. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS (WHICH INCLUDES WITHOUT LIMITATION FAILING TO PROPERLY EXECUTE AND RETURN THE AFFIDAVIT/DECLERATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND THE PUBLICITY/LIABILTY AGREEMENT/RELEASE BY THE DEADLINE OR YOUR FAILURE TO PROPERLY COMPLETE THE TAX FORMS BY THE DEADLINE), AT OUR DISCRETION MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND YOUR FORFEITURE OF THE REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS.
5. IF YOU ARE A TENTATIVE WINNER AND CANNOT BE CONTACTED BY US OR YOU CANNOT BE VERIFIED BY US IN A TIMELY MANNER, YOU MAY AT OUR DISCRETION BE DISQUALIFIED, IN WHICH CASE YOU WILL FORFEIT AND HAVE NO RIGHT TO THE SWEEP PRIZE.

Your Personal Information

The personal information which you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Release

By playing the Sweep Coins Game Play, you agree to release and hold harmless each member of the Company Group and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, stockholders, agents, partners, licensors, subcontractors, suppliers and any entity responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting Sweep Coins Game Play (collectively the "Discharged Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to your Written Request which includes without limitation AMOE Request Card.

Further Limitations of Liability

1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER WILL THE DISCHARGED PARTIES, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
   1. ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR THEFT, DESTRUCTION, OR ALTERATION, OF REQUESTS FOR SWEEP COINS;
   2. INACCESSIBILITY OR UNAVAILABILITY OF ANY NETWORK OR WIRELESS SERVICE, THE INTERNET OR WEBSITE OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF;
   3. ANY UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY;
   4. ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION PROVIDED WITH RESPECT TO AN ENTRY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IF CAUSED BY YOU OR FOR ANY FAULTY OR FAILED ELECTRONIC DATA TRANSMISSIONS OR PRINTING ERROR;
   5. ANY INCORRECT OR INACCURATE INFORMATION PROVIDED, WHETHER CAUSED BY YOU OR CAUSED BY A PRINTING ERROR OR BY ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT OR PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATED WITH OR UTILIZED IN THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY;
   6. ANY TECHNICAL OR HUMAN ERROR IN RESPECT OF THE OPERATION OR ADMINSTRATION OF SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY;
   7. ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY (IN WHOLE OR IN PART) BE RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY OR THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY MATERIALS RELATED TO SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY;
   8. ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY (IN WHOLE OR IN PART) BE RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM THE RECIEPT, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY SWEEP PRIZE; OR
   9. ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION, INTERRUPTION FAILURE OR ERROR, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DISCONNECTION DELAY, INTERRUPTION OR DEFECT IN PHONE LINES OR NETWORK HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE.
2. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATIONS SET OUT IN SECTION 24.3 OF THE TERMS OF USE, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PARTICPATION IN THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY, WILL YOU BE ALLOWED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES), OTHER THAN YOUR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (THAT IS COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY) AND YOU FURTHER WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU..
3. IF FOR ANY REASON YOUR SWEEP COINS OR REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS IS CONFIRMED BY US TO HAVE BEEN ERRONEOUSLY DELETED, LOST OR OTHERWISE DESTROYED OR CORRUPTED, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS REPLACEMENT BY SPONSOR OF AN EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF SWEEP COINS OR REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS (AS APPLICABLE).
4. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT REGARDLESS OF ANY STATUTE OR LAW TO THE CONTRARY, ANY CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, PLATFORM CONTENT, SERVICES, SWEEP COINS, REDEEMABLE SWEEP COINS, OR SWEEP PRIZES OR THESE SWEEPSTAKE RULES MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE.

Disputes

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, SECTION 25 OF THE TERMS OF USE (DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS) IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE WITH THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS THOUGH FULLY SET FORTH HEREIN. BY AGREEING TO THESE SWEEPSTAKE RULES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN SECTION 25 OF THE TERMS OF USE (DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS).

Further Provisions

1. If we determine that your posts or comments: (i) on any of the Company's social media pages are incorrect, damaging, libelous, illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexual, offensive, abusive, indecent, threatening, bullying, spiteful, upsetting, harassing, hateful, or offensive or otherwise unlawful or prejudicial of any person or group on the grounds of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age or disability; or (ii) elsewhere, are unfair, incorrect, damaging, harassing, bullying, spiteful or upsetting, which is directed at the Company, its representatives or other end users of the Services, we reserve the right to:
1. remove the posts or comments;
2. disqualify you from using the Sweep Coins Game Play and Sweep Coins;
3. inform the operator or owner of the social media platform; or
4. terminate or suspend your account.
2. In the event that we terminate your Account under these Sweepstakes Rules, Sections 19.9, 19.10, 19.11 and 19.12 (Termination and Suspension of Your Account) in the Terms of Use shall apply, and in the event, we suspend your Account under these Sweepstakes Rules Sections 19.7 and 19.8 (Termination and Suspension of Your Account) in the Terms of Use shall apply.
3. We may disqualify any person or terminate or suspend the Account of any person, we determine has tampered or has attempted to tamper with the entry process (which includes without limitation with respect to the process of generating of the AMOE Request Code) or the operation of Sweep Coins Game Play or has acted in breach of these Sweepstakes Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
4. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY OR THE PLATFORM OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEP COINS GAME PLAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
